All sales that are requested to be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Just Delivered and unhappy with fit/color: It is our goal to provide you with sizes & color options of furniture before entering the home so you can confirm your space and best color. We give you a 24 hour to evaluate the fit, there is a 10% of purchase charge and will be given store credit for remaining amount of purchase too reselect new furniture.

Tempur-Pedic Comfort Exchange
Tempur-Pedic offers to its authorized dealers the ability to offer to their customers a 90 Day Comfort Exchange on mattresses on all Tempur-Pedic Mattresses.
-If after the 30 day trial the consumer wishes to return the mattress, the consumer may request a one-time only comfort return
-Between Days 30 & 90 you are allowed a comfort exchange on your mattress for equal or greater value.
-There is a charge of $299 for processing this comfort exchange which covers the delivery of new and removal of old, & all fees associated with Tempur-Pedic Exchange.
-All Warranty issues are handles by Tempur-Pedic corporate only. Issues include: dipping, defects in material, change to foam greater than ¾”.
-Please file online or call us at (800) 753-1130 to start the claim process. During the call, you’ll be instructed where to email a copy of your receipt and photo of the warranty defect. http://registration.sealy.com/tp/productwarrantyclaim.aspx
Only Tempurpedic Mattresses are included in the program. foundations, adjustable bases, pillows, comfort products, linens and mattress protectors are NOT INCLUDED in this program and are not returnable.

-The manufacturer has NO Comfort exchange.
-Manufacturer warranty – 10 year – mattress fails by dipping slopping changing in the phone greater than 1.5” are subject to replacement. Stains void all warranties. Recommend Mattress protector.

Delivery & Customer Pick up Process
Within our delivery fee we include delivery of newly purchased products, full set up in home and removal of old products that we replaced.
-After receiving your merchandise, we call and set up delivery date. We do NOT set up delivery before we physically have your merchandise.
-Date of delivery- we call the morning of delivery date and set up 2 hour window that we will deliver within. If there are any delays we will call you right away.
